Debit MasterCard/ATM Card
You may never write another check!
Use this anywhere MasterCard is accepted and you may never write another check!
That's right, when you use the River Town Bank Debit MasterCard1, you are actually writing a check "electronically." Your purchase amount is automatically deducted from your checking account. In fact, many people use their Debit MasterCard1 in place of writing a check. It reduces time and check writing hassles. You no longer have to carry a checkbook, present a check-cashing card or wait for check approvals. River Town Bank's new Debit MasterCard1 is convenient, and easy to use.
The best way to describe our Debit MasterCard1 is that it's like an ATM card2, with the power of MasterCard. Although it bears the Master Card name, it's not a credit card. And since it is not a credit card, you pay NO setup charges, NO annual fees and NO interest charges. You'll still have the same convenience of using your Debit MasterCard1 as an ATM card at thousands of ATM locations nationwide. But best of all, you'll be able to use your Debit MasterCard1 at any hotel, restaurant or retail store where Master Card is accepted.
To begin receiving the full benefits of the River Town Bank Debit MasterCard1, just complete the authorization form at your local branch. Upon approval, you'll receive your Debit MasterCard1 and it will already be linked to your checking account. You will select a personal identification number (PIN) as an added security feature for use at ATM locations2. This personal code will allow you access to your checking account at thousands of ATM locations nationwide2.
At River Town Bank, we strive to deliver the most convenient and beneficial products that best suit our customer's needs. The River Town Bank Debit MasterCard1 is a new and innovative way to make your banking as convenient as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have a Safe Deposit Box and have lost my key? What do I do?
The Customer Service Representative at the branch where your box is located will be happy in assisting you and ordering a new key. There will be a small service charge and in most cases, a new box will be opened and you will receive two new keys. This is done to avoid the hassle of drilling into the box in the event you lose the second key. Since the bank does not keep any master keys - we cannot get into the box.
I would like to have my family have access to my Safe Deposit Box. Is that possible?
Only family or persons whose names have been entered onto the Safe Deposit Box contract will be allowed to access the Safe Deposit Box. If you wish to have family access your Safe Deposit Box, you will simply be required to include their names on the contract form or add them at the branch at a later time. At any time they would like to access the SDB, they will need to bring a picture ID and the key.
Can I leave my box in trust or will?
No. For federal reasons, Safe Deposit Boxes are not to be entered into trusts or wills.
How safe are the Safe Deposit Boxes?
You have the only 2 keys available for the Safe Deposit Box at River Town Bank. Therefore, they are very safe. River Town Bank employees do not have access to the Boxes and access will not be granted to anyone unless their names are on the agreement and they have the key. The Safe Deposit Boxes are also in a fire resistant vault. They are not FDIC insured nor are the contents insured.
A Cashiers Check is a check that can be bought for a nominal fee and made out to whomever you choose. You will also have a receipt of the Cashiers Check to assist with verifying the purchase of the check. You will need to visit your local River Town Bank branch to purchase a Cashiers Check.
